Oh man! Today I have HUGE giveaway for you all! Are you familiar with the rug company, Flor? You might have seen their floor tiles online, in their catalog or stores, or even in the CB2 store like me. I’ve been scoping out these modern rugs since last year when I moved to my new apartment. Due to budget constraints and the inability to pick just one style, I’d been putting off the decision making process… Until they reached out and offered to gift me and one lucky MML giveaway winner the rugs of our choice!

Kismet – is exactly what this post is! I ordered some Flor samples last week and know precisly which pattern I’d choose: Channel Surfing in Black & White! It’s for our living room, where we recently installed hardwood.

FLOR is my newest and most favorite discovery on the planet. I just moved from Chicago to (unbearably hot) Houston to be with my boyfriend. He picked out a really sub-par couch that sits on slippery laminate flooring in the living room. We desperately need a kick-ass rug to offset his couch choice, and to save our dogs from slipping and sliding all over the laminate floor (while funny for us, dangerous for them!)
I would love to have the Haute Stuff Rug Kit in orange to match the colors in our living room! The dogs, and I, would be very super happy. Thanks for sharing this, love your blog!

OMG! I have been thinking about this flor-ing for a week! I saw it in a magazine layout (but of course now I can’t remember which one) That’s the power of positive thinking for you. I am so going to win this! I want to replace the old 8×10 potterybarn rug in my living room. In fact I’m going to redo the whole room in a more modern/coastal living feel. I love the Fez 2 + The More the Merrier. But don’t hold me to it. I’m notorious for changing my mind!

Love this giveaway! My husband and I are currently in the market for a rug for our living room. For the past year, we’ve been decorating our first home together. It’s all coming together, but would look even better with the Stitch In Time rug (in Primary)!!

i too love the herringbone. we just bought our first place (!!!!!!) and can’t get past the flooring debate – wood vs carpet vs tile. this would make us both happy… wood floors for me, with carpet tiles for him!

Quality Time in Maple for my living room–the building is from 1910 and has some great art glass, and I want a rug for our hardwood floors that won’t compete with the crazy colors we have going on in the windows. Plus I love the idea of being able to switch out carpet tiles, since rugs of any kind are a magnet for our pets.

I love these FLOR tiles! So versatile and creative…
I would use the ‘All Bark & No Bite’ in my bedroom…hardwood floors in bedrooms get awfully chilly (any time of year) and these tiles would definitely warm things up!

I love Flor and have wanted a Flor tile rug in my home forever. I’d choose the Straight & Narrow in the gray colorway and put it in my entryway. I need a rug there so bad – the one we have is so undersized and we can’t cough up the dough for a bigger one right now. Hope I win!

I just can’t decide! There are so many options! I really do love the Lattice from the Martha Stewart collection, and it does remind me a bit of the Jess LC logo…. perhaps that is the pick. I think I need more rooms in my house!

FLOR tiles are awesome. We used them in the entry hall of our previous home. I would love to use Shirt Stripe tiles (in French Cuff) in our guest room to add a little style. Plus, as an added bonus, an area rug will prevent the dust bunnies from blowing across the room if I occassionally skip vaccuming under the bed in there.

Thanks for Sharing Jess! We are renovating our first home- DIY style. In our living, we knocked down part of a wall, took out the popcorn from the ceiling, have a new coat of paint and hardwood floors. The “Fret Knot” rugs will be an awesome addition.

We just moved from San Francisco to Chicago and we desperately need rugs. We thought getting a 3 bedroom apartment for what we were paying for a studio would be great, except now we need furniture to fill it!! I feel so guilty that we don’t have any rugs, I’m actually avoiding our downstairs neighbors.
I love the Botanical in moss for our living room.

I haven’t decided yet, but I like the Lattice, Faux Bois, Side by Side, and Herringbone. Our office/spare bedroom/dumping zone definitely needs a little sprucing up and a rug might just be the beginning.

oh wow – i too, have been coveting Flor rugs, they are so unique and beautiful!
we JUST closed on our new home (SO excited) and i have so many ideas of what i’d want to do but ideally first and foremost we’d need to carpet our main entrance/living room area. That area will have a lot of foot traffic. I’d either go with the Herringbone Kit or Warm & Wooly Rug Kit.

I could really put the Flor Outdoor 4 Rug Kit in Multi to good use right now … I would create a colorful, non-slip pathway with it on the concrete floor of the garage that connects the outside pool area to the main house. Stylish and practical!

I love Flor! There are too many good ones to choose from. I think my favorite (today) is the Modern Mix, which would either go in my entryway or my kitchen. I also really, really love the Well Suited herringbone pattern, also for the same space! Decisisions, decisions.

I just bought a house and really need rugs to replace our dirty old carpet that has tacks sticking through! I’d love to use Flor tiles in my living room or upstairs hallway. My favorites are Morning Coffee, Modern Mix and Lattice.
