Ooh, nice sectional! We just bought a new place, too, and I’ve been debating either a sectional or a sofa. The room is huge, but I’m wondering if a sectional would make the rest of the room too small for anything else aside from a reading nook. Must make a post about it, haha. Oh, and I’ve also been looking at the Pottery Barn Comfort Sectional. Seriously comfy.

@ Jill: Thanks! I think the wood floors are laminate, but the color is so nice, I hardly even notice! It’s a huge change from the tiny studio we share now.

@ PVE: Great idea! I will check those places out. Hopefully I will find a high quality sectional that I love, that is the most important thing.

@ CB: Yep, you gotta come visit asap. I’m glad the earrings reached you on your birthday!! Did you notice my little shout out on the “accept what is” post?

@ Rebecca: Yep, calling your “want” an intentional obsession is a great way to make it purposeful and deliberate if/when you decide to make a purchase. It’s much better than many little impulse buys.

I have a sectional in my downstairs and we love it so much. Perhaps you can try to find a sectional for less, urban outfitters, crate & barrel, and also room & board or even buying a vintage one and having it cleaned….
