With all of the excitement and attention towards Astor St. this week it seems that the newest Soc Chic necklace, The Raindrops on Roses Necklace, has gotten a bit less attention on the blog. Which is a shame because this little pretty is selling like hotcakes and raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation like nobody’s business.
In fact, the CF Foundation is this month’s Soc Chic Spotlight cause and we are highlighting their Great Strides program this spring.
The meaning behind the Raindrops on Roses name comes from that wonderful Sound of Music song, These are a Few of My Favorite Things and is a reminder that sometimes the simplest pleasures make life beautiful.
The necklace design features a sterling silver rose pendant and Swarovski crystal ‘raindrop’ on sterling silver or gold-filled chain. And as always the Soc Chic necklace retails for $40 and 10% of the price goes straight to CF.
