Recently I shared this TED talk about how being in a positive, thankful attitude makes our brains function 30% better.Â I’m taking his suggestions to heart and I’m making an intention to snap photos throughout the week of things (or moments) that I’m thankful for. Then, I intend to share them here on MML. By crafting this post weekly I’ll be able to reflect at the end of the week on all of the positive things that happened over the past seven days. By just making this first collage I realized I had already forgotten about some of the highlights and now I’ve got a little token to help me keep those positive moments fresh.
